In our production facility, we manufacture round and segmental arch boxes for roller shutters, Venetian blinds, and zip shading systems, and always with the highest values for heat and sound insulation.

We will advise you on shading and many other options, such as additional window fixings or motorization.

Our segment and arched boxes are also available with a ventilation system.

The arched stitch is an important dimensional specification for the shape of the round arch box.

To prevent the window from colliding with the inside corner when opened, we create a slant.
If the window in the arched area cannot be opened, we do not need any slant.
Inspection opening - access to the shading system from the inside
We check access to the shading mechanism on all boxes. If the radius does not allow access to the motor or bearing mount inside the box, we produce a narrow inspection cover.

Segmented arch boxes from 2,500 mm up to a maximum of 4,000 mm are possible.

To ensure access to the motor, shaft, and shaft mounting, we produce small inspection covers. These are only necessary if external access is prevented by a large radius or arc.

With our fans featuring heat recovery or bathroom exhaust fans, we offer you the solution for implementing the facade without an external hood.

The intake and exhaust air is routed via the ventilation deflection over the front apron of the roller shutter or Venetian blind box.

Our "roller shutter box without external hood" ventilation solutions are also available for all our segment and round arch boxes, as well as semi-circular and pointed arch boxes.
